Meet Marietta Miller

Marietta Miller is the Broker and Owner of Freedom Realty & Property Management, serving property owners and investors throughout Bakersfield and Kern County.

With years of experience in real estate and property management, Marietta has managed everything from individual rental homes to large residential portfolios and commercial properties. Before founding Freedom Realty & Property Management in 2022, she oversaw a portfolio of more than 1,200 properties across three offices, giving her extensive experience in the day-to-day realities of managing investment property.

She founded Freedom with a simple idea: property management should feel more personal.

Owners deserve clear communication, honest guidance, consistent follow-through, and a property manager who treats their investment like a business—not simply another address in a portfolio.

Today, Marietta remains actively involved in the management of the properties entrusted to Freedom. From rental pricing and tenant accountability to maintenance decisions, property inspections, and long-term planning, her goal is to help owners protect their investments while maximizing their property's potential.

As a local broker and property manager, Marietta also brings firsthand knowledge of the Bakersfield and Kern County rental market. She believes successful property management requires more than collecting rent—it requires strong systems, proactive decision-making, and good relationships with owners, residents, vendors, and the community.

Outside of real estate, Marietta is a mom to two teenage boys and enjoys spending time outdoors, traveling, tackling home projects, and finding her next adventure.
